Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, direct them to the right tax professionals, and schedule appointments.

You will help ensure client needs are met whether in person, over the phone, or virtually, while maintaining a clean and organized office with the team. This role emphasizes friendly client interactions, multitasking across duties, and accurate scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

This office is an independently owned and operated franchise office operating under an agreement with H&R Block. Franchisees make their own hiring decisions and any questions regarding employment at this office should be made directly to the franchisee.

Pay Range

$16.00 - $25.00/Hr.
