H&R Block in Annapolis, MD is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect customers with the right tax professional. The role involves scheduling, meeting client needs across in-person, phone, or virtual channels, and maintaining a tidy office with the team.

Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is preferred, along with the ability to multitask and strong organizational skills.
