H&R Block, Inc. seeks a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist in Dixon, IL to greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax expert.

You will help schedule appointments and ensure each client feels welcomed. This fast-paced role relies on strong communication, organization, and computer skills, with a focus on delivering friendly, personalized service across in-person, phone, or virtual interactions.

Your Expertise:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience

Pay Range

$15.00 - $18.00/Hr.
