Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist in Cherry Hill, NJ. You will greet clients, answer calls, and help connect customers with the right tax professional while coordinating appointments and maintaining a welcoming office environment.

The ideal candidate has prior customer service experience, works well in fast-paced settings, and is proficient with Microsoft Office. This on-site role may require flexibility across locations and shifts during the season.

Your Expertise:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience
