Job summary

H&R Block in Ridgecrest, CA is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, route them to the best tax professional, and support a smooth daily workflow.

You will answer phones, schedule clients, and help ensure client needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually while keeping the office organized and welcoming. A flexible schedule and ability to work at multiple locations are preferred.
