Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. in California's Sanger area is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist. You will greet clients, answer calls, and help connect customers with the right tax professional, while coordinating appointments and ensuring a smooth client experience.

The role requires a friendly, organized individual capable of multitasking in a fast-paced office and supporting the team to meet client needs across in person, phone, and virtual channels.

Your Expertise:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience

This office is an independently owned and operated franchise office operating under an agreement with H&R Block. Franchisees make their own hiring decisions and any questions regarding employment at this office should be made directly to the franchisee.

Pay Range

$18.00 - $20.00/Hr.
