Ridgeview Health Center is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our front desk team. The role handles calls, greets residents and visitors, logs deliveries, and supports a variety of clerical tasks in a compassionate assisted living environment.

Hours are Mondays and Fridays from 3pm to 7pm with a pay rate of $21 per hour. A high school diploma is required, with general office and heavy phone experience helpful; strong English communication is essential to serve residents and staff.

Responsabilités

• Answer and transfer incoming calls courteously.
• Greet visitors and provide information.
• Log and distribute deliveries and parcels.

• Coordinate with other departments for services.
• Assist with tours of the facility.
• Perform general office duties as assigned.
