Elements Massage Chester is seeking an enthusiastic Wellness Membership Advisor to welcome clients at the front desk, understand their wellness goals, and guide the membership options that fit best.

In this fast-paced role you will answer phones, schedule appointments, check in/out, process payments, and collaborate with therapists to deliver a seamless, relaxing studio experience while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Friendly, positive, and genuinely enjoys helping others.
• Comfortable discussing wellness memberships and recommending services.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Build relationships by understanding wellness goals and recommending memberships.

• Communicate with massage therapists and team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused Wellness Membership Advisor (Front Desk / Customer Service & Sales) to be the welcoming face of our studio. Our Wellness Membership Advisors play an essential role in creating an exceptional client experience while helping our studio grow through outstanding customer service and membership sales.

What You’ll Do

Job Details

• Position: Full-Time
• Shift Length: 6-8 hours
• Schedule: Flexible availability required, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of customer service experience.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
