Job summary

Elements Massage Chesterfield is seeking a friendly front desk associate to greet clients, schedule appointments, and process payments, delivering warm hospitality and a smooth check‑in. You will interact in person and on the phone, coordinate with therapists, and ensure accuracy in bookings.

The role focuses on promoting the Elements Wellness Program, building loyalty with members and prospects, and maintaining a welcoming studio atmosphere for every guest.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales or spa‑like customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to interact with clients in person and by phone.
• Familiarity with scheduling and payment processing in POS systems.

Elements Massage Chesterfield is a wellness studio looking for an engaging, fearless, outgoing personality to lead front desk customer service for current members and potential clients.

Customer Service Associates enjoy the following perks:

Here’s what we are looking for:

• Ability to follow our proven processes to service clients, promote the Elements Wellness Program, and build customer loyalty.
• The right candidate must have exceptional communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with our clients in person and over the phone.

Qualifications:

• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in‑person to potential clients is a plus.
• Customer Service experience in a spa‑like or similar environment is preferred; creating experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems for scheduling appointments and processing payments.
• Driven to create a positive work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.
