Job summary

Massage Envy Westborough is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, educate clients on our Wellness Program, and contribute to growing a loyal client base. The role involves scheduling, assisting guests, and maintaining a welcoming studio environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Excellent people skills and relationship-building.
• General knowledge of massage and skin care services a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on Total Body Care and Wellness Program; encourage homecare retail purchases.
• Greet clients, schedule services, and handle phone/email inquiries to support clinic flow.
• Grow and retain a client base through proactive outreach.

We are currently looking for qualified candidates to join our team for the following part-time schedule: Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Thursday:4 pm - 9:30 pm Friday: 4 PM– 9:30 PM, Saturday 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM works out to be about 24 hours per week. (This is a permanent position. not for someone looking for a summer job.) If you are looking for even 3 days a week this is perfect for you.

Qualified Candidates:

• Previous retail or sales experience (preferred)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on services, selling the Wellness Program, and encouraging homecare retail purchases
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, and answering phone/email inquiries
• Help grow and retain a client base through active outreach.
