Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the cashier window with professionalism and courtesy.
• Process customer payments (cash, check, and credit card) accurately and efficiently.
• Issue receipts, give change, and document payment transactions.
• Provide refunds or credit memos as authorized.
• Answer basic customer questions or direct them to the appropriate staff member.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns with patience and care.
• Open and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail.
• Print and post internal paperwork as needed.
• Assist with clerical and administrative support across departments.
• Serve as backup to the switchboard operator when needed.
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We’re currently seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented, evening Cashier to join our location in Oconomowoc, WI. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong accuracy with numbers, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Under the direction of the Office Manager, you’ll support daily transaction processing and help ensure smooth business operations.
