Cornerstone Auto Group in Elk River, MN is seeking a Service Scheduler to join our team. You will handle incoming calls and online leads to schedule service appointments, follow up for satisfaction, and coordinate recalls and maintenance needs with advisors.

A professional appearance and strong clerical skills help ensure excellent customer experiences. The role requires at least a high school diploma and 2 years in customer service, plus proficient computer use and dependable attendance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs at once.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and internet leads to schedule appointments.
• Make satisfaction calls regarding sales, warranties, pricing, and complaints and document responses.
• Proactively set appointments for recalls and required maintenance.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous, efficient service.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and flexible hours as needed.
