Job summary

Cornerstone Auto Group is hiring a Sales Associate in Minnesota. You will greet customers, guide them through vehicle selection, and promote options and add-on services.

You will conduct test drives and negotiate sales with integrity, maintaining documentation and following up with customers to build lasting relationships. Responsibilities include prospecting for new business and leveraging referrals, with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• New or used car sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with suitable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and greet them at the dealership.
• Assist customers with vehicle selection that meets their needs.
• Promote model options, features, and value-added services.
• Conduct vehicle test drives in compliance with road rules.
• Negotiate sales ethically and clearly, with accurate documentation.
• Maintain sales records and follow up with customers after the sale.
• Generate new business through prospecting and referrals.
