Responsibilities

• Obtains customer's signature on repair order; provides customer with a copy; establishes customer's method of payment; notifies customers of check writing policy; obtains credit approval, if necessary
• Reviews repair orders to ensure that work is completed and additional work and authorization is noted; closes repair orders as appropriate and gets all warranty and internal RO's to admin for elm processing and closing
• Ensures that vehicles are parked in assigned areas; makes sure they are locked and all keys are marked and put away correctly
• Implements a quality control process to eliminate comebacks
• Maintains high customer satisfaction standards
• Maintains a professional appearance
• Keeps the work area clean
• Completes required manufacture training in a timely manner

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with working on all types of vehicles

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current, valid Driver's License with driving record that meets insurance company standards
• Willing to submit and ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented and a strong work ethic
