The role requires front desk healthcare experience, strong customer service skills, and reliability to support nursing and security teams, with responsibilities spanning phones, visitor check‑in, privacy, and daily coordination to keep care plans moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Healthcare front desk experience preferred; excellent customer service skills.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Computer proficiency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi‑line phones; greet visitors; manage check‑in and badges per policy.
• Coordinate visitor schedules with nursing and security; uphold privacy and safety.
• Handle mail, scanning, and basic EMR and scheduling tasks.
• Maintain a calm lobby environment, even during busy times.
• Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.
• Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams.
