You will handle admissions documentation, prescreens, verify insurance, and communicate with families and referral sources to guide individuals seeking treatment.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and organization, with schedules including every other weekend and shifts across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd lines.

Qualifications

• HS / GED required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Previous call center, healthcare, behavioral health, or administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to the Assessment and Referral Department.
• Maintain documents required for admissions and patient intake.
• Process consent forms and admission documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Complete prescreens for callers seeking treatment services.
• Verify insurance benefits and eligibility information.
• Communicate with families, patients, and referral sources as needed.
• Answer incoming referral calls from potential clients, offering support and encouragement as they seek treatment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

We are currently seeking candidates for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift positions , with schedules that include every other weekend .

Position Summary
