Job summary

Personnel Resources, Inc. is seeking a professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to provide front-desk support and assist attorneys and staff with administrative tasks in a real estate closing environment.

You will greet clients, answer calls, schedule meetings, manage files, handle invoicing, and support closing-related activities while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. This full-time role emphasizes organization, communication, and professional demeanor in a legal office

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Previous law office, title company, real estate, professional office, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
