• Greeting every customer and visitor promptly, warmly and professionally.
• Answering phone calls.
• Scheduling appointments for service.
• Organizing the monthly calendar for the Sales Team.
• Ordering supplies for the Sales and Service Department.
• Stocking vehicles into our dealer management software.
• Pulling and entering invoices.
• Keeping the daily sales spreadsheet current.
• Assisting service customers.
• Assisting the Sales and Service teams to maintain smooth workflow.
• Support the Sales and Service teams with various administrative tasks and projects.
