Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers, applicants, vendors, and other visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Field incoming calls, direct them to the right person, and share accurate information as needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring it reaches staff promptly.
  • Keep calendars updated, schedule meetings, and set up conference rooms for events or trainings.
  • Track visitor logs, issue badges, and uphold office security procedures.
