Job Title: Front Office Assistant – Contract-to-Hire

Location: Tempe, AZ

Compensation: $20 – $25 / Hour

This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to multiple departments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in all visitors with a professional, welcoming approach

  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
  • Coordinate meeting room setups and refreshments for events
  • Order and maintain office and breakroom supplies
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, filing, and data entry
  • Support various departments with document handling and follow-up tasks
  • Track and process internal forms requiring signatures
  • Supportive, team-focused environment
