Job summary

New Country Motor Car Group is seeking a full-time receptionist/switchboard operator for our New York area dealership. You will answer inbound calls, manage the switchboard, collect payments, and greet customers with a professional demeanor.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong phone skills, and experience in telemarketing or hospitality. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus; automotive dealership experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

We serve elite clientele and you must always be prepared to provide them with outstanding customer service in all circumstances, and to handle challenging client issues with the diplomacy needed to ensure that they remain loyal customers. You will also develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues in every other department of our dealership.
