Job summary

New Country Motor Car Group in Florida is seeking a full-time Cashier to support a busy dealership and serve an elite clientele with outstanding customer service. You will handle payments, answer calls, and coordinate with other departments while presenting a professional appearance.

We value strong phone skills, diplomacy with challenging customers, and the ability to work collaboratively. Automotive dealership experience is a plus; solid benefits and growth opportunities accompany this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in telemarketing and/or hospitality.
• Exceptional telephone skills with a professional voice and manner.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn new software.
• Professional business appearance and demeanor.
• Flexibility with regard to scheduling.
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• Public relations experience is a plus.
• Cold call experience is a plus.
• Experience using a CRM tool is a plus.
• Experience running a business switchboard is a plus.
