New Country Lexus of Great Neck is seeking a full-time receptionist/switchboard operator to join our dealership team. You will handle inbound calls, greet guests, and support service and sales processes with a professional demeanor.

We value outstanding customer service, diplomacy in challenging situations, and the ability to coordinate with colleagues across departments. Prior office or hospitality experience is beneficial, and growth opportunities are available within a family-owned business.

Qualifications

We are seeking a full-time receptionists/switchboard operators to work at our dealership. We serve elite clientele and you must always be prepared to provide them with outstanding customer service in all circumstances, and to handle challenging client issues with the diplomacy needed to ensure that they remain loyal customers. You will also develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues in every other department of our dealership.
