DarrowEverett LLP is looking for a receptionist with immediate availability. The candidate must have excellent communication and administrative skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, be able to multitask without sacrificing efficiency, be responsible, and be able to represent the firm, always, in ways that enhance its reputation.
Job Summary:
The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization. This role is responsible for creating a warm, responsive interaction with visitors, clients, and associates, while providing the full range of administrative support to Leadership. This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to constant interaction with visitors and associates to guarantee their satisfaction.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
- Serve as the face of the Company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in on the phone.
- Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff for multiple offices; takes messages and schedules appointments.
- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
- Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
- Maintain the reception area and conference rooms, keeping areas clean and free of clutter.
- Assist the HR Department in various administrative duties, including copying and scanning documents.
- Assist clients with general inquiries and direct them to appropriate attorney or staff member.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries, couriers, and other office mailings.
- Assist attorneys and other staff members with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate ordering and restocking for multiple floors and offices.
- Work with multiple offices to coordinate supply ordering and restocking.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Full time in office – not a hybrid work from home position.
