• At least 1 year of professional administrative experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you're approachable, articulate, and poised
• Sharp prioritization skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and hit deadlines
• Adaptability and a calm head when things get busy
• A polished, professional presence and a genuinely customer-focused mindset
• Availability to work on-site Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Greet every visitor with warmth and professionalism — you're the face of the company
• Answer and route incoming calls quickly, courteously, and efficiently
• Maintain the visitor log and direct guests to the right team member
• Support Accounts Payable with data entry and invoice tracking for managers
• Process daily incoming and outgoing mail; handle scanning, logging, and shipping coordination
• Pitch in on department projects and special assignments as needed
