Companion Animal Veterinary Clinic in Norfolk, Nebraska is seeking a courteous, detail‑oriented receptionist to join our busy team. You will greet clients, answer multiple phone lines, process payments, schedule appointments, and triage calls to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Receptionists must possess good critical thinking and problem solving skills. We have a very busy schedule so attention to detail and ability to follow-through are expected. This position requires excellent people skills, a friendly, outgoing demeanor, and the willingness to be a team member. Considerable tact and diplomacy are necessary.
