As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact with clients and visitors for the Firm. Responsibilities include inbound call answering, welcoming guests, greeting visitors, administrative tasks, and coordination of front-desk activities like distributing mail and correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
The successful candidate will have a positive and welcoming personality, as this is a customer service type of role, in addition to the demonstrated ability to multitask.
