This full-time position in the firm’s New York office offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative, dynamic environment, where the attorney will represent clients in various high-conflict and high-profile disputes, including complex commercial and business disputes, sexual abuse and other human rights cases, international arbitration, whistleblower cases, class actions, insolvency and restructuring matters. The team is sought after by clients for the most complex, high-profile cases. The Attorney will be responsible for advising and representing clients in court or before other tribunals, conducting research and analysis of legal issues, interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations for survivors, and prosecuting claims. This role requires a dedicated advocate committed to securing justice for survivors and pursuing accountability in these sensitive and complex cases. Responsibilities will include:
