Job summary

Avista Senior Living in Logan, Utah is seeking a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our independent living community. This role focuses on lifestyle, service, and experience, not hands-on medical care.

You will greet residents and guests, answer phones, keep the lobby inviting, and support front desk operations. Overnight shifts (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM) include security walkthroughs and light cleaning, with opportunities to build meaningful connections.

The Receptionist serves as the face of our community and is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression for all residents, families, and guests. This role plays a key part in shaping the overall experience of our community by ensuring every person who walks through our doors feels valued, respected, and cared for.

This is a hospitality-focused role within an independent living community. We do not provide hands-on medical or personal care to residents—our focus is on lifestyle, service, and experience.
