The Salvation Army seeks a part-time Residential Supervisor for Lauderdale Courts in Tennessee. The role covers Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a 30-minute unpaid break (15 hours per week). You supervise clients, monitor activities, and maintain daily records in a housing program.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, confidentiality compliance, and 24-hour client monitoring while supporting a safe, respectful environment consistent with the organization’s mission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, plus one year of related work experience or equivalent.
• Ability to provide crisis intervention and maintain client confidentiality.
• Ability to document and report daily activities and records accurately.

Responsabilités

• Maintains and updates records for program residents and completes required paperwork.
• Follows confidentiality policies to protect residents' privacy.
