Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) founded in 1978, is a community-based organization committed to providing quality, comprehensive health, human, housing, educational and cultural services to diverse communities, specializing in service to Latinos in Washington State. Responsibilities

• On-call Receptionist for the Lacey Medical Clinic
• Process patient information and schedule medical appointments
• Contact patients by phone on behalf of Sea Mar and take messages
• Maintain high level of work ethic and professionalism
• Multitask and use basic office software effectively

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year experience in a medical setting
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Medical terminology preferred
• Knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel; computer and typing skills required
• Excellent verbal, customer service, and written skills
• Good organizational skills
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
