Must be highly organized and have excellent communication and clerical skills
Experience in providing friendly and accurate verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual preferred
Welcome visitors, clients and vendors warmly as soon as they arrive
Direct guest to the appropriate person, office or meeting space
Maintain a secure and organized entrance by issuing visitor passes and monitoring access logs
Keep the reception area, lobby and waiting rooms clean and presentable
