Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to greet patients, handle registrations, and manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.

You will take payments, print and scan reports, and perform travel if needed. The role includes competitive pay, benefits, parental leave, continuing education, a 401(k) match, and opportunities for promotional growth as we expand our network.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage a high call volume and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Desire to exceed customer service expectations and resolve issues promptly.
• Strong communication and front desk coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients at check-in.
• Answer and triage phone calls effectively.
• Process payments for visits and keep accurate records.
• Print, scan, and fax reports as needed.
• Handle basic front desk duties and travel up to 25%.
