Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care is hiring for a front desk registration role at our New York locations. You will greet and register patients, answer and triage calls, take payments, and manage printing, scanning, and faxing of reports.

We value strong customer service, the ability to handle high call volumes, and a commitment to efficient, patient-centered care. A High School Diploma is required; an Associates degree is preferred.
