You will greet and register patients, triage calls, process payments, handle documents, and support administrative tasks across multiple tasks in a fast-paced urgent care environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Ability to manage high call volume.
• Desire to exceed customer service expectations.

Responsibilities

• Greets and registers patients
• Answers and appropriately triages phone calls
• Takes payments for visits
• Printing, scanning, and faxing reports
• Other front desk responsibilities as assigned
• 0-25% Travel Requirements
