Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care is seeking a friendly front desk professional to greet and register patients, triage calls, and process payments at our Buffalo location.

You will manage high call volumes, handle reports, and support daily administrative tasks with opportunities for growth; travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Ability to manage high call volume.
• Desire to exceed customer service expectations.

Responsibilities

• Greets and registers patients.
• Answers and appropriately triages phone calls.
• Takes payments for visits.
• Printing, scanning, and faxing reports.
• Other front desk responsibilities as assigned.
