Job summary

DCH Kay Honda in Eatontown, NJ is hiring a Receptionist to greet customers, handle payments, answer calls, and keep the showroom desk organized. This full-time role requires a detail-oriented, fast-paced professional who can multi-task in a busy dealership environment.

You will coordinate vehicle deliveries with sales, assist with license plate pickup, and support clerical duties while representing Lithia & Driveway family.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in administrative customer-facing roles.
• Experience in project management, appointment scheduling, retail, or assistant roles.
• Dealership experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers who enter the showroom.
• Process customer payments and credit card transactions.
• Answer and address all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Occasionally scan and file documents as needed.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery with sales staff and notify customers for license plate pickup.
• Maintain desk and showroom cleanliness and appearance.
