Aston Carter is seeking a Receptionist to provide front desk and administrative support in a professional office environment. The role runs 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on a full-time contract basis, based in California, MD, with opportunities for conversion to permanent status for the right candidate.
You will greet visitors, answer calls, manage packages, and handle a variety of clerical tasks while maintaining confidentiality and a courteous, service-oriented demeanor.
The Receptionist provides high-level administrative and front desk support by greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, handling packages, and performing a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks. This full-time role runs from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and may have the potential to become a permanent position for the right individual.
This position is based in a professional office environment with standard business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role involves working at a front desk or reception area, using office equipment such as telephones, console switchboards, computers, printers, copiers, and binding machines. The Receptionist interacts frequently with visitors, couriers, and internal staff, maintaining a calm and courteous demeanor in a busy setting. The atmosphere is focused on providing excellent customer service and efficient administrative support, with opportunities to take on a variety of tasks and responsibilities. Professional attire is expected to reflect the front-facing nature of the role.
This is a Contract position based out of California, MD.
The pay range for this position is $10.00 - $10.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
