Job summary

Millwood Hospital in Arlington, TX is seeking a PRN Evening Receptionist to greet visitors, answer the multi-line switchboard, and provide clerical support to the care and administrative teams.

The role requires a high school diploma and two years of experience with multi-line phones; overtime, weekends, and flexible hours may be required. Join a dedicated team within the Universal Health Services family.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Experience: Two (2) years' experience on a multi-line phone system, preferably in a heath care environment and any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment.
• Additional Requirements: May be required to work occasional overtime, weekends and/or flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting all visitors, answering the switchboard, documenting incoming deliveries, processing incoming and outgoing mail and providing clerical support as requested.
• May assist with completing appropriate paperwork for new admissions during after-hours shifts if assigned as well as maintain the Receptionist schedule and serve as back up as needed.

In addition, the Receptionist handles various clerical duties and projects as assigned and may assist with completing appropriate paperwork for new admissions during after-hours shifts if assigned as well as maintain the Receptionist schedule and serve as back up as needed.

Work hours:

PRN Evening Hours, Monday - Friday (3:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.)
