Position
Sales Receptionist
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome clients and other guests to the dealership; do not leave the reception desk unattended.
- Be an organized and productive multi-tasker, maintaining customer contact notes in the CRM system.
- Actively listen to clients and their needs, interpret body language to exceed expectations, solve problems, and de-escalate issues.
- Proactively communicate potential issues with customers, management, and other departments to provide the best possible customer experience.
- Assist salespeople with printing and distributing survey follow-up call lists bi-weekly.
- Respond to 5-star web reviews with multiple pre-written responses daily.
- Abide by company policy and departmental best practices and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and authorized to work in the USA for any employer.
- Previous experience in a similar role with similar responsibilities is preferred.
- Basic communication, problem-solving, and mathematical skills using American units of measure.
- Physical demands include frequently positioning the body and moving to greet clients and keep the refreshment station stocked; detecting and identifying safety issues; exerting force to move or manipulate objects (up to 20 lbs occasionally, 10 lbs frequently); operating equipment; repetitive motion.
