Job summary

RBM of Atlanta is looking for a friendly Sales Receptionist to warmly greet clients in the showroom and manage the reception desk. You will keep the waiting area organized and assist guests with information while maintaining a professional demeanor.

You will document client interactions in the CRM, assist with up-listing, and help ensure a positive customer experience. A high school diploma and USA work authorization are required; prior dealership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Previous experience in a similar role is required.
• Mercedes-Benz experience and ADP knowledge is preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills using American units.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 20 lbs and standing for long periods.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome clients and other guests to the dealership. Do not leave the reception desk unattended.


• Manage the waiting area and showroom amenities.


• Actively listen to our clients and their needs and interpret body language in order exceed client’s expectations, solve problems, and de-escalate issues.


• Be an organized and productive multi-tasker. Maintain customer contact notes in our CRM system and manage our \"up-list\".


• Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times. Must be upbeat and very personable.


• Proactively communicate potential issues with customers, management and other departments in order to provide the best possible customer experience.


• Abide by company policy and departmental best practices and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:
