Job summary

Hourly Rate: $20.76

Position Summary

Temporary full-time receptionist position available at our Aberdeen Behavioral Health clinic. The receptionist greets and provides guidance to all visitors and callers, answering telephone calls with courteous customer service principles and representing the agency in the most professional manner possible. The receptionist provides secretarial support to the Site Manager and other staff, following instructions and performing additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Duties and Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Experience using EPIC.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule instructions.
• Scheduling appointments, typing, word processing, spreadsheet use, copying, and filing.
• Computer skills required; familiarity with office equipment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
