Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Monroe, WA is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Receptionist to greet visitors, answer calls, and provide confidential clerical support. The receptionist will assist the Site Manager and staff, using EPIC and standard office software, while delivering outstanding customer service.
The role requires a High School diploma or GED, strong organizational skills, bilingual English/Spanish, and the ability to interpret varied instructions.

Full‑time receptionist position available at our Monroe Behavioral Health clinic. The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and providing guidance to all visitors and callers to the facility and providing administrative clerical support as needed. The role requires excellent customer service and communication skills, experience answering the telephone, and working with general computer programs. The receptionist must maintain confidentiality at all times and represent the agency in a professional manner. The individual will provide secretarial support to the Site Manager and other staff and will follow instructions and perform duties as assigned by the supervisor.
