Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor reception staff, providing guidance and support

• Ensure smooth operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
• Address guest concerns, complaints, and inquiries with professionalism and care
• Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and conducting evaluations
• Train new employees on front desk procedures, customer service, and safety protocols

Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming reception area

• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and ensure comfort

Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accurate records

• Assist with scheduling and staffing for peak hours

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality Management preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or supervisory role in hospitality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to stay calm and professional when handling guest issues

• Experience with reservation systems, front desk operations, and basic accounting
• Leadership ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced environment
