Job summary

FAIRMONT Telluride is seeking a Reception Host & Driver to greet guests, coordinate luggage and messages, and deliver a warm, professional welcome. You will also provide a safe shuttle service to Telluride and Montrose airports, guiding guests with mountain-road driving in all weather.

A friendly, service-oriented demeanor is essential. Expect a dynamic role with weekend and holiday shifts; learn and grow within the property and across the Accor network.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record.
• Ability to drive on mountain roads in all weather conditions.
• Service-focused personality; customer experience a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Deliver guests’ luggage and messages on time within the property.

What you will be doing:

• Timely delivery of guests’ luggage, messages and any other items for delivery within the property
• Personalize guests’ orientation of their room in a professional, friendly and engaging way
• Maintain presence in the Reception Area as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to the guests
• Responsible for providing a safe and comfortable shuttle service to and from the Telluride and Montrose airports

Qualifications
