Job summary

Fairmont Heritage Place, Franz Klammer Lodge in Telluride, CO is seeking a Ski Valet Supervisor to lead a service-driven team on the slopes and in the lodge. You will ensure top-tier guest experiences, manage equipment readiness, and coordinate with departments to create memorable mountain memories.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver consistently professional, friendly, and engaging service to Owners and Guests.
  • Lead and supervise the Ski Valet team, ensuring service standards are met and exceeded.
  • Address Owner and Guest concerns promptly and professionally, documenting and communicating with relevant departments.
  • Participate in and contribute to regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
  • Assign and manage daily tasks based on operational needs and guest flow.
  • Balance team leadership with administrative responsibilities and hands-on support.
  • Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all ski and snowboard equipment.
  • Maintain a well-organized ski storage room, ensuring equipment is labeled and stored by name and unit number.
  • Ensure all equipment is prepared and ready before the start of each ski day.

  • Constant standing and walking; frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, and twisting.
  • Ability to stay focused and engaged during a 10‑hour shift.
  • Ability to work outside in winter weather conditions
