Job summary

Fairmont Heritage Place, Franz Klammer Lodge in Mountain Village, Telluride, CO is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to maintain residences to brand standards and ensure guests enjoy clean, welcoming spaces.

You will play a key role on a tight-knit team in a resort environment, delivering memorable stays while supporting busy days with proactive service. Starting hourly wage is $20.02, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within the property and globally.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
• Warm and caring personality – ability to work well as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Physical aspects of position: standing and walking, lifting up to 30 lbs, stairs and ramps.

Responsibilities

• Clean all assigned residences to brand standards in a timely manner, including dusting, beds, linens, vacuuming, bathrooms, kitchens, windows, and replenishing supplies.
• Properly store, use, and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Take initiative to add thoughtful, personalized touches to enhance the guest experience.
• Respect and protect guest privacy and belongings while delivering exceptional service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you are at the heart of the lodge! You take pride in caring for residences and ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space. You play a key role in creating memorable stays and provide valuable support during our busiest days.

What You Will Be Doing

• Clean all assigned residences to brand standards in a timely manner, including dusting, making beds, removing soiled linens, retrieving clean linens, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, cleaning interior windows, and replenishing guest supplies
• Properly store, use, and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• Take initiative to add thoughtful, personalized touches to enhance the guest experience
• Respect and protect guest privacy and belongings while consistently delivering exceptional service
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Physical aspects of position: constant standing and walking throughout shift, frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs., frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps.
