Job summary

Maison Métier in New Orleans' Warehouse District seeks a friendly Reception Concierge to welcome guests, answer inquiries, and support front desk operations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality coursework is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service or front desk; hospitality/concierge experience preferred.
• Experience with phone systems and property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional, friendly manner.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework or degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or front desk experience required.
• Previous hospitality or concierge experience preferred.
• Experience with hotel or office phone systems and property management software a plus.
