Job summary

Makeready in Houston seeks a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome guests, assign rooms, and guide them through rates and hotel amenities at check-in. The role emphasizes delivering a personalized experience and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere throughout the stay.

You will handle check-in/check-out, inform guests about payment options, and respond promptly to requests, upholding Makeready's standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Requested Tasks

• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
• Provide information about hotel, available rooms, review their rate and amenities available on property with all guests during the check in process
• Inform guests about payment methods and verify their credit cards on file or collect upon arrival
• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Respond to requests in a timely and professional manner
