Job summary

Makeready LLC is seeking a Front Desk Attendant for its Houston property. The role focuses on greeting guests, facilitating efficient check-ins and check-outs, and guiding guests through room options and local amenities.

The position requires a friendly, patient demeanor, the ability to stand for long periods, and a proactive approach to resolving guest requests in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
• Provide information about hotel, available rooms, review their rate and amenities available on property with all guests during the check in process
• Inform guests about payment methods and verify their credit cards on file or collect upon arrival
• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Respond to requests in a timely and professional manner
• Approachable and personable personality
• Patient and understanding with guests' needs and requests
• Sense of urgency to fulfill requests and resolve issues
• Ability to stand for extended periods at a time
